International Festival of the Arts Prep at Disney World’s Epcot

Just prior to the start of the International Festival of the Arts at Walt Disney World’s Epcot, I set out to find all of the prep work happening. Lately, no visit to Disney World’s Epcot is complete without checking in on the Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind roller coaster construction, which is coming along nicely. I took a look at this from outside of Epcot, as well as from the inside, as the loading area uses the same building as Ellen’s Energy Adventure. For dinner at Epcot in Disney World, we stopped at the Katsura Grill in Epcot’s Japan pavilion. I tried the pork ramen at Katsura Grill. We also snuck in a ride on Living with the Land, always one of my favorites.
